Admission Procedure

For Under Graduate Programs 

BBA, BCA, B.Com (Plain), B.Com (Computer Application)  and B.Sc(Computers):

The Institute gives admission on the basis of marks in the Qualifying Exam followed by interview, and on first come first serve basis. Admissions Rules in UG courses have been changed w.e.f. Academic Year 2012-13 by Higher Education Department, M.P.

Higher Education Department has made admissions in UG courses online. However, Pioneer Institute has obtained a stay order from Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh and will be giving admissions directly in Academic Year 2012-13. Candidates willing to apply in UG courses need to apply by filling admission from available in admission form section. The candidates who are willing to apply for admission can apply directly to the Institute without participating in online counselling conducted by Higher Education Department, M.P.

For Post Graduate Programs

MBA Full Time:

Admission of the candidates are done by DTE, Bhopal on the basis of online off campus counseling.

No direct admission is given by the Institute

Participation in off campus online counseling can be done by MP-MET appeared candidates. For more details about procedure, dates, etc please keep visiting http://www.dtempcounselling.org and http://www.mponline.gov.in

To take admission in MBA (Full Time) student can participate in online off campus counseling conducted by DTE and select the following in choice filling for choosing Pioneer Institute of Professional Studies:

(a) Pioneer Institute of Professional Studies (240 Seats of MBA)

(b) Pioneer Institute of Professional Studies (MCA) (60 Seats of MBA)

Kindly note that there is no difference in above two Institute choice filling. Both Institute belong to Pioneer Institute of Professional Studies and are at one campus only. Both are running MBA (Full Time) program and are affiliated to DAVV, Indore. Both Institute course MBA (Full Time) is duly approved by AICTE, New Delhi. Both have same curriculum, syllabus, classes, teaching and are same in all respect. The names are different as AICTE treats it as different Institute. This is for extra clarification to the students who get confused in choice filling. The student can select any of the above two Institute and can fill both in choice filling for taking admission in MBA (Full Time) program.

The applicants who have not appeared in MP-MET examination conducted by DTE may apply in College Level Counselling (CLC) which will be conducted by DTE after Level-1 Counselling.

PGDM

Admission to 80% seats in PGDM (i.e. 48 Seats) will be done by DTE, Bhopal on the basis of online off campus counseling and admissions to 20% of the seats (i.e. 12 seats) will be given on the basis of marks obtained in any Recognised National Level Exam like CAT/MAT/XAT etc by the Institute. Subsequently shortlisting and admissions are given  on the basis of Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Application form can be directly obtained from the institute on payment of Rs.500/- Or can be obtained by Post on payment of Rs.550/-
