Examination Form Submission date Extended

The Date of Semester End Examination form submission has been extended. The revised schedule is as follows:

1. From 02.03.2015 to 16.03.2015 with the exam fee as per the fee details.
2. From 17.03.2015 to 19.03.2015 with the late fee of Rs. 100 along with the examination fee.
3. From 20.03.2015 to 21.03.2015 with late fee of   Rs. 500/- along with the examination fee and special permission of Principal.
4. From 23.03.2015 to 28.03.2015 with late fee of   Rs. 750/- along with the examination fee and special permission of Principal.

Afterwards the late fee shall be Rs. 2000/- along with the examination fee and special permission of Principal.

The Procedure to submit the examination form will be as follows:

Step 1: Download examination form from the institute website in Examination Section in Student Area and fill it completely and correctly by your own.

Step2: Attach necessary documents; which are:

1. Previous examination mark-sheet
2. No-dues from Library
3. No-dues from Accounts

Step3: Present the complete form to Mr. Purushottam Sharma, Section officer (Student Section) for checking.

Once your form is checked and approved by the Section Officer, you have to pay the fees at account section to complete the process.
