Attention All SC/ ST/ OBC Students

Applicability: UG I Yr. II Yr, III Yr. and PG I Yr. & II Yr.

Students need to fill online scholarship form, get it verified from Mr Purushottam Sharma (in college campus) then lock the same and submit the Hard copy with all documents in the institute on or before 10/01/2017.

The following documents are required :-

1)      10^th, 12^th, Graduation Marksheets

2)      Cost, Income, Domicile Certificates

3)      Samagra ID, Adhar Card, Voter Card, Fee receipt photocopy

4)      Gape Certificate (if applicable)

5)      Original TC (for fresh Scholarship form)

6)      Format 4(B)

7)      Admission form

8)      Passbook Photocopy (Three copy each set)

9)      Passport size photograph -5
