Pioneer Institute focuses on imparting knowledge related to management and computer subjects through various courses. The Institute has various teaching aids and methodology which is delivered by means of: Classroom teaching by eminent faculty involving Lectures, Power Point Presentation and Handouts; Stimulated situations and role plays to give students an insight into understanding of responsibilities of various professionals involved in management education and Research; Video films and actual situations in Research and Education; Assignments and Exercises; Exercises are also in form of MCQ's, Q & A and Report writing; Workshops are conducted for students to emphasize on problem solving through interaction and exchange of information. 

Computer labs with latest machines with TFT screens; Wi-Fi facility in campus along with E-Library; Students have access to well stocked library on IT and Management with latest books, periodicals, newspapers, journals, Prints and records are available for reading and references. The students get exposure of Research work through Minor Research Projects and Major Research Projects.

Think and Share, where students are given a theme to think about a topic from a newspaper or book, or a controversial statement and discuss in the class. 


Writing Assignments on subject topics and then share the writing by giving a brief presentation/viva. 


Test of Each Unit helps understand the most important learning of the day; the important questions that remain unanswered and know the least understood subject or concept. 


Brainstorming by introducing a topic or problem and then quickly giving ideas and solutions.


In-Class Reading: Newspaper or journal articles read in class followed by brief presentation or discussion. 


Home Assignments on Course Contents and various CCA related to newspaper/ journal/ articles reading and preparation at home for in-class presentation and discussion.
