Pioneer Institute gives top priority to community service  as it imparts students, a sense of purpose, have positive impact on grades, shapes the direction of a student's life and change the interpretations of the world. Community service helps form empathy, compassion and develop skills like networking, organization, team building, and problem solving etc. We regularly organize village visits, social service activities such as blood donations, health check up, visits to orphanage, etc. We have tie up with many social cells and NGOs and we regularly take part in their activities. We have established BEING SOCIAL cell (tie up with NGO) which is day care centre for old age people of Mahalaxmi Nagar at our campus. In this we carry out lot of activities for the old people and provide them training. 

Institute has separate and independent Social & Entrepreneurship Cell that makes noteworthy contributionto the society and environment by promoting Neighbourhood - Community network. The primaryobjective is strong concern for the society and social issues. As a part if Institutional Social responsibility(ISR), one of the prominently introduced programs is Village Visit and Grass Root Action Management(GRAM), where a team of students and faculty members Visit Villages, with specific intention andobjective of understanding socio-economic problem of village and further providing solutions to theproblems. This instils Survey Based Research Skills in the students and faculty and sensitizes themtowards village problems.

The Institute is recognized NSS Centre from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya(DAVV), Indore and is a Self Financed Unit (SFU), where the NSS Officer and Coordinator ensuresvarious community involvement.The Institute has also taken care of the acute water problem faced by birds and animals, where the Teamvisits the near by area and spread awareness. Water pots are installed within and outside the campus forbirds and animals so that they can get water. Field Work and the Research Projects is undertaken bystudents, guided by Faculty Members that includes the problems of the Locality and the City. It also address the problems of National concerns.

The Institute is also involved in charitable activities such asdonation and providing support to blinds, deaf, dumb, organized kite flying festival on makarsakranti,provided Free Education to students who belong to poor family and reside in slum areas. They are alsogiven admission in the Schools, run by Pioneer Group, and the Faculty and Students are engaged inTeaching – Learning Process.

The Institute has a Day Care Cell that is dedicated to the Senior Citizens andinvolves them in intellectual, recreational activities. The students learns to negotiate, communicate,manage conflict, leadership qualities, self-confidence and autonomy, become well mannered citizens anddevelops appreciation for others. NSS Unit take part in various initiatives like organizing camps, SwachhBharat initiatives, and awareness programmes on AIDS prevention.
