Important Notice Semester End Examination May-June 2012

Applicability: All Students MBA / BBA / BCA / B.Com / PGDM II, IV & VI Semester Regular And ATKT

Dear Students,

The time table for Semester End Examination May-June 2012 (II, IV & VI Sem) has been attached along with this notice. 

Kindly observe the following strictly during Examination  (May-June 2012):

1. Please ensure that you come in Semester End Examination 15 minutes before the scheduled timing.

2. No student will be allowed inside classroom unless he / she is in proper Uniform with College ID Card.

3. No student will be allowed inside classroom after the scheduled timings.

4. Please ensure that you carry your Admit Card during examination. If you do not bring the Admit Card, you will not be allowed to sit in the examination.

5. The detailed sitting plan will be displayed on website notice board also. Please check your room before coming to examination. Avoid rush at the hard copy notice board. This is done for your benefit and ease of access. The sitting plan will contain your roll number, classroom, specialization details. Notice will be issued later on.

6. Ensure that you do not carry any material which if found can result in adoption of "unfair means". If you are found with any material inside examination hall which is of the nature "unfair means" you will be expelled from the examination and case will be registered against you.

7. Please take care of your valuables and avoid bringing any costly valuable.

8. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside examination hall / room. The Institute will not own any responsibility for mobile phone. Kindly keep your phones at your own risk and under your own supervision. It will not be allowed to be deposited at Institute / with invigilator.

9. Admit Cards will be issued subsequently and students can collect the same from administrative office later on.

10. Students are requested to complete all admission formalities, submit all documents and fee, submit examination form if not submitted till due date. Without all compliance of Institute rules and regulations, students will not be permitted to sit in semester end examination.

11. Students are being informed that any kind of indiscipline observed by any student will result in immediate expulsion from the examination hall. Student will be responsible for all kinds of losses suffered due to expulsion due to misconduct or indiscipline or unfair practices.

12. The Institute reserves all rights to modify, change or amend the time table for any or all subjects of the semester end examination for any reasons deemed fit.
