Seating Plan for Semester End Examination May 2012

Applicability: All Students of MBA / BBA / BCA / B.Com/ PGDM Regular And ATKT

Dear Students,

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE EXAMINEE FOR SEMESTER END EXAMINATION

1.    Please ensure that you come in Semester End Examination 15 minutes before the scheduled timing i.e. 8:45 AM sharp and no student will be allowed to leave the examination hall before completion of 1 hour.

2.    No student will be allowed inside exam hall unless he / she is in proper Uniform with College ID Card.

3.    No student will be allowed inside exam hall after the scheduled timings.

4.    Please ensure that you carry your Admit Card during examination. If you do not bring the Admit Card, you will not be allowed to sit in the examination.

5.    In case of loss / forgotten admit card the penalty for issuing duplicate admit card / permission letter for the first time shall be Rs.150/- & from second time onwards Rs. 500/- for each time applied. Kindly bring a Passport size photograph and ID proof for issue of duplicate admit card.

6.    The detailed seating plan is attached with this notice. Please check your room before coming to examination. Avoid rush at the hard copy notice board. This is done for your benefit and ease of access. The seating plan will contain your roll number, classroom, and specialization details.

7.    Ensure that you do not carry any material which if found can result in adoption of "unfair means". If you are found with any material inside examination hall which is of the nature "unfair means" you will be expelled from the examination and case will be registered against you.

8.    Please take care of your valuables and avoid bringing any costly valuable.

9.    Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside examination hall / room. The Institute will not own any responsibility for mobile phone. Kindly keep your phones at your own risk and under your own supervision. It will not be allowed to be deposited at Institute / with invigilator.

10.  Students need to mention the Question number and its sub parts as specified in the Question Paper in order to avoid mistakes in evaluation of the answer sheets. All sub parts of a question need to be answered in continuation else it may be ignored while evaluation.

11.  Any identification marks (Jai Shri Krishna, Jai Mata Di, Shree etc.) will be treated as a part of “unfair means”.

12.  No right margin to be used while answering, also don’t use back side of front page on the main answer sheet.

13.  Do not mention Roll Number / Signature on graph paper.

14.  Students while moving out to use washroom are not allowed to stand near the canteen area, else he/she will not be allowed in the examination room on his/her return and his/her answer copy will be seized and sent to the control room. This will be treated as adoption of “unfair means”

15.  Kindly mention Main Answer sheet number on supplementary copy, if taken.

16.  Admit Cards can be collected from administrative office.

17.  Students are requested to complete all admission formalities, submit all documents and fee, submit examination form if not submitted till due date. Without all compliance of Institute rules and regulations, students will not be permitted to sit in semester end examination.

18.  Exchange of any stationary is not allowed inside the examination hall. Students are being informed that any kind of indiscipline observed by any student will result in immediate expulsion from the examination hall. Student will be responsible for all kinds of losses suffered due to expulsion due to misconduct or indiscipline or unfair practices.

19.  Any kind of misbehavior or misconduct with the invigilator including laughing, shouting, creating disturbances, not complying with instructions of invigilator, etc will be treated as “unfair means”.

20.  The Institute reserves all rights to modify, change or amend the time table for any or all subjects of the semester end examination for any reasons deemed fit.
