Applicability: All the students of UG I, III, V & MBA I & III semester

For the same you need to download the form and go through the rules & regulations.

The students need to download the form and submit to the mentors. The forms will be scrutinized. If the form is accepted, then only you need to submit the fees.

The last date to submit the form is Friday, 14 August, 2015.
