Enrolment Form Submission

Applicability: MBA I, BBA I, BCA I, B.Sc I, B.Com I (Computer Application) and B.Com I (Plain) Semester Students

Students need to submit the Enrolment Form by October 6, 2015.

You need to visit MP Online KIOSK Center: Fill the Online Form; take two prints outs and submit the print outs of 2 copies to Mr. Purushottam Sharma in Pioneer Institute.

The necessary document required includes:

1. All Mark sheets (X, XII and Graduation). Graduation mark sheet is applicable only form MBA students.
2. Migration (Migration Number is required for CBSE and out of M.P. Students)
3. TC
4. GAP Certificate (if applicable)
5. Eligibility Certificate (for MBA students who completed Graduation out of MP)

 

Note: Regarding any enquiry contact Mr. Purushottam Sharma and all documents to be submitted to Mr. Purushottam Sharma.

*If a student is already enrolled under DAVV; he/she need to write the same Enrolment Number in Online Form.

If you fail to submit the Enrolment Form by October 6, 2015 you are not eligible to appear in the examination.
