Online Enrollment Form

UG I Semester and PG I Semester

Students need to fill online enrollment form and take the printouts in 2 sets with all the required document as following:

UG: 10th Marksheet, 12th Marksheet, Migration Certificate and Gap Certificate (if applicable)

PG: 10th Marksheet, 12th Marksheet, Migration Certificate, Gap Certificate (if applicable), and Eligible Certificate (if applicable)

Please submit the hard copy to Mr. Purushottam Sharma. Please do the necessary as soon as possible. If, you do not submit the enrollment form, you are not eligible to appear in the exam.
