Notice For Examination Form Submission For Semester End Examination November 2018

Applicability: All UG I Year Students, UG I Semester Students and PG I Semester Students

The Semester End Examination will be in November, 2018 (or as Notified on Institute Website). In view of the examination all are required to fill the Examination Form of Semester/ Year End Examination.

Students are required to do the needful:

1. Submit the Tuition Fee of First Semester (for students of Semester/CBCS)
2. Submit the Tuition Fee of Full Year (For students of Annual Examination)
3. Submit the Documents that were not submitted during Admission Process.

If the above process is complete, then only Examination Form will be accepted. If the above is not fulfilled, students is not eligible to appear in Examination.

Note: 

Enrollment Form Link is open on DAVV Website. It is compulsory to submit the Enrollment Form. Without the Enrollment , student cannot appear in the examination.

Once the DAVV Link for Enrollment Form is opened, students have to submit the same  as per the guidelines of DAVV and Pay necessary dues . 

Note:

 From 30/10/2018 to 15/11/2018 with the exam fee as per the fee details.

 From 16/11/2018 to 19/11/2018 with the late fee of Rs. 100/- along with the examination fee.

 From 20/11/2018 to 22/11/2018 with the late fee of Rs. 500/- along with the examination fee

 

Afterwards the late fee shall be Rs. 2000/- along with the examination fee and special permission of Principal.

Examination Fee and Late Fee will be applicable on the date of submission of the Examination Form, rather date of payment of Examination Fee.

Before submitting the examination form, a student needs to complete NO DUES process from following departments:

 

  ·        Accounts Department

  ·        Library Department
