COMPREHENSIVE VIVA (MBA III Semester)

Applicability: All Students of MBA-III Semester

All students of MBA III Semester are hereby informed that you need to appear for Comprehensive Viva on 6th April 2021.The timings of the Viva has notified (Check Attachment).

The Viva will be taken through Google meet platform.

Note: Please make sure that there is no network issue/disturbance/unavailability from your end as no second chance will be given to you.

 Guidelines to be followed in Comprehensive Viva:

 

1. Please follow the schedule strictly. (Time Table).
2. Install Google Meet App on your mobile / laptop prior to the date of VIVA and test that it is working form your end.
3. The link for the conduction of Comprehensive Viva will be shared on the date of VIVA (15 Minutes prior).
4. You are requested to keep your audio muted and camera off as you join the link.
5. When asked make sure that you unmute your audio and put your video ON and give your viva. (In case you do not put your video ON, you will not be marked present in the Viva.)
6. Make sure that you are dressed properly preferably in formals.
7. You will not be allowed to reappear in Viva so make sure that you are present in the slot allotted to you.
8. Make sure that you answer in the Viva else no marks will be allotted to you.
9. As it is comprehensive viva you will be asked questions from all the subjects.

10. Make sure you unmute yourself and put your video off when asked by the examiner after your Viva has been taken and exit from the meet.

 

NOTE:

NO INDICIPLINE WILL BE TOLERATED BY THE INSTITUTE/MANAGEMENT/EXAMINATION DEPARTMENT. INCASE OF MISBEHAVIOUR / MIS CONDUCT FACED, INSTITUTE HAS ALL RIGHTS TO TAKE DICIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST THE CANDIDATE.
