Job Description:
- · Achieving secondary sales targets through order booking.
- · Communication of various schemes operating and being a channel between distributors and retailers.
- · Strong Selling Ability and able to convert promotions from % to Rs. Value and vice versa.
- · Supervising the overall working of the TSOs by keeping a track of their beats, productivity, target vs achievement, growth etc.
- · To deal with claims and invoicing of sub-stockiest.
- · Effective query handling and customer satisfaction.
- · Handling and follow up of admin related problems, if any, faced by the TSO.
- · Ensuring consistent achievement of incentives by team members.
- · Coordinating and handling distributor operations.
- · Effective query handling at retailer level.
- Ensuring daily reports are sent through mobile reporting and monitoring DSRs, order forms and other formats.
- Ensuring product awareness and visibility through displays.

Qualification: MBA preferred

Salary & Growth: 2.60 lacs inclusive of DA and Variable
They would join as Sales Officer Trainee, after one year designate as Junior Sales Officer.
