Format of Summer Internship Report

Applicability: MBA II / PGDM II passed out students moving ahead to III semester

This is to inform all MBA II / PGDM II passed out students moving ahead to III semester that the SUMMER INTERNSHIP REPORT has to be submitted with the institute along with some other details as mentioned in the attachments on right hand side corner of this page. Details of attachments are as follows:-

1) SUMMER INTERNSHIP REPORT

2) DECLARATION SHEET

3) INFORMATION SHEET (To be filled when you are back after SIP)

• SUMMER INTERNSHIP REPORT: The report should be submitted in the FORMAT which is attached with this notice (HARD AND SOFT COPY), and the CD should be affixed with the report itself.

• DECLARATION FORM: There is an attachment known as “DECLARATION FORM” which every student has to get it filled and duly stamped by his/her reporting manager/authorized person under whom the training has been undertaken and affix the same with the SUMMER INTERNSHIP REPORT.

• INFORMATION SHEET: There is an information sheet as an attachment, the details of this sheet should be gathered by you and submitted in a soft copy with the placement cell.

NOTE: Kindly note if your REPORT deviates from the prescribed format it will be rejected by the institute.
