No Dues Formalities

Applicability: All UG and PG Students

Before submitting the examination form, a student needs to complete NO DUES process from various departments. The following are the details to be completed by various departments:

1.    ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT

  • Admission Form
  • 10th Mark sheet
  • 12th Mark sheet
  • Graduation Mark sheet (All Semester): Applicable for PG Student
  • Original Transfer Certificate
  • Original Migration Certificate
  • Original Eligibility Certificate (For outside MP students)
  • Passport Size Photograph
  • Gap Certificate (if Applicable)
  • *Latest Income Certificate (Parents)
  • M.P. Residence Proof (Domicile)
  • *ADHAR ID Card copy
  • *Bank Account Passbook
  • Anti-Ragging Affidavit to be submitted to Administrative Department as uploaded on online portal
  • *Permanent Caste Certificate
  • *SAMAGRA ID
  • Enrollment Form
  • ID Card

Note: *Marked documents are mandatory required for students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Minority categories and also who desire to apply for scholarship from Madhya Pradesh Government.

2      ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT

Student need to submit fee before submitting the Examination form; in case of failure no dues will not be cleared from Account section and Examination form will not be accepted.

3.    LIBRARY DEPARTMENT

  • Get all the books reissued in the allotted time given by library department (i.e. 10 Days); in case of failure the fine will be charged.
  • Ensure that no fine for the issued books is pending.
  • In case of misplaced library books, student should deposit the new books of latest edition and Rs.100/- towards library book maintenance charges or should pay 175% of the price of the book as compensation along with late clearance fine.

Note: It is mandatory for all the students to come in full uniform (White Shirt, Navy Blue Formal Trouser, Blue Tie and Black Formal Shoes, that can be taken from any vender provided the color code should not mismatch).
